Can you change your mind after taking out a subscription, or ordering products?
You can revoke the concluded agreement free of charge within 14 days (from the day you made a purchase in our Webshop), without notice. This is also known as the right of withdrawal. If you cancel the agreement within this period, you will receive a full refund of the amount that you have already paid, within 14 days after cancellation. The refund will be made in the same way as you paid.
If you have already downloaded the purchased article, you can no longer make use of this right of withdrawal. You can then no longer cancel for free. By downloading the article you expressly agree that we give you access to the article within the 14-day withdrawal period and that you thereby waive the right to make use of your reflection period and the right to withdraw from the contract.
To make use of this right of withdrawal you can send an email to , stating your order number. You can also use the Model withdrawal form.
4. The 60 Day Money back guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied after 8 weeks of using this to the max, just mail afterwards, within 60 days after purchase, and you will get a full refund.
This 60-day money-back guarantee is separate from the right of withdrawal from article 3.
